Reports say that Arsenal are to pay £21m to Juventus for midfielder Arturo Vidal on a five year deal.
But  Arsene Wenger has already denied any interest in the midfielder in recent weeks, but we all know that what Wenger says about transfers isn’t worth taking at face value. He spoke to a Juventus expert recently regarding the possibility of a deal and, after he stopped laughing, he said there was no way that it was happening.
According to recent report Arsenal are now linked with  Arturo Vidal for a move to Premier league.
‘While there was almost certainly substance to the 2014 story, rumours that a move to the North London club could happen appear to have no basis in reality. He spoke only on Thursday (21st May) about his desire to remain in Turin for life.
‘In short, this is a non-starter in my opinion.’
But the truth is, this story has refused to die down and, if anything, has gathered pace and It OK by me.
