As seen this morning on Third Mainland Bridge

Without apology, this man took a dump right by the side of the road on 3MB, in the full glare of passing motorists, whilst enjoying the cool ambiance of the ocean breeze.

I think we as Nigerians lack discipline, and we are our biggest problem.
