653 new cases of recorded in Nigeria – NCDC

On Saturday, July 18, 2020, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) recorded 653 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) across the country.

According to NCDC, the 653 new cases increased the total number of confirmed coronavirus (COVID-19) cases to 36,107. 14938 have been discharged so far and 778 death since the index case was recorded in Nigeria.

A breakdown of the 653 new cases, Lagos recorded 115, in Kwara state, 85 cases were recorded while in Enugu state, 80 new cases were recorded.
