According to reports, 19 people are feared to have passed away after a boat mishap in Apapa, Lagos state.
The reports claim that the death toll from the incident has risen as high as 19, while just one person has survived.
A video which emerged online captured the moment rescuers turned over the boat which sank, the boat was already empty at that time, with the passengers believed to have drowned in the water.
