COVID-19 Update: NCDC reports 213 new infections of Coronavirus

On the 25th of September, 2020, Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) took to their twitter handle to report 213 new infections of coronavirus. 

From the report, Lagos State came out with 51 new infections while Plateau state and Abuja came out with 51 and 29 new infections respectively. 

The other states with new infections of coronavirus include;  Rivers-18, Ondo-12, Oyo-9, Osun-8, Gombe-7, Ogun-7, Kaduna-5, Enugu-4, Edo-3, Jigawa-3, Kano-3, Benue-1, Delta-1, and Sokoto-1. 

Currently, NCDC has reported a total number 58,062 positive cases in the country while the fatality rate has slightly increased to 1,103. Thankfullly, a number of 49,606 has recovered from the deadly virus.
