According to new research from the British Medical Journal, people with big hips and data thighs could live longer than expected while people with a big waist may not live longer than expected.

The research basically studied data for more than 2.5 million people between three and 24 years.

Also, according to Dr. Tauseef Ahmad Khan, who is the study author from the department of nutritional sciences at the University of Toronto in Canada, claims that people with an additional 10cm of waist size have an 11 percent chance of dying prematurely.

In his words;

"People should be more concerned about their waist rather than focusing only on weight or BMI.

"Waist is a better indicator of belly fat and while one cannot target where one loses fat from, losing weight through diet and exercise will also reduce waist and therefore belly fat.

"Belly fat is the fat that is stored around the organs in the abdomen and its excess is linked to high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, and stroke.

"Therefore, having more belly fat can increase the risk of dying from these diseases."

According to conspiracy theorists, the Mayan doomsday calendar was wrong, and the world will now end on June 21, 2020.

The bizarre theory is based on the fact that when the Gregorian calendar was introduced in 1582, 11 days were lost from the year, to better reflect the time it takes Earth to orbit the sun.

While 11 days might not sound a lot, over 286 years it adds up, with some conspiracy theorists claiming we ‘should be in 2012.’

Scientist Paolo Tagaloguin in a deleted tweet wrote;

“Following the Julian Calendar, we are technically in 2012.

“The number of days lost in a year due to the shift into Gregorian Calendar is 11 days. For 268 years using the Gregorian Calendar (1752-2020) times 11 days = 2,948 days. 2,948 days / 365 days (per year) = 8 years”.
June 21 2020 should actually be December 21, 2012, according to this theory.

Recall that in 2012, various theories, indicated the world would end on December 21.

Mark Zuckerberg has a lot of Facebook friends, 95 million and counting, but for those who want to unfriend the tech billionaire, it can be a little more difficult than becoming his mate.
It turns out that blocking the Facebook founder on the social network he created is actually impossible, you can’t do it.

Facebook allows you to block people who are annoying or threatening.
However, it’s emerged that Zuck’s own page can’t be blocked – because so many people have tried to silence him already.
The social network spoke out after being asked if this was due to a bug.
“This error isn’t specific to any one account,” a Facebook spokesperson told The Guardian.
“It’s generated when a person has been blocked a certain large number of times. In very rare instances, a viral campaign will develop instructing lots of people to all wrongly block the same person.
“The purpose of this system is to protect the experience for people targeted by these campaigns. We’re constantly working to improve our systems and are taking a closer look at this one.”
Several people have tried to block Zuck and were met with the words: “This profile can’t be blocked for now.”

The following are my questions to the subscribers to MMM popularly called Mavrodians.
1. Where do you think the money you are collecting through MMM is coming from?
MMM claims not to be a business and not an investment, so where do you think the 30% return which excites you so much is coming from?
2. Do you know what a Ponzi scheme is?
I have to ask this question because of those who defend MMM with the claim that they have made money from it. To be the clear, a minority will make money from Ponzi schemes being the early adopters that help to create the exponential growth. However, the latter subscribers are the ones that lose greatly. If you understand this, you will not present this argument as evidence for MMM not being a fraud.
3. Where did you get the money you invested in MMM from?
You could not use that money in any legitimate business?
I ask this question because many MMM subscribers behave as if they were incapable of earning money before MMM came.
4. Is it that you don’t understand that governments across the world are duty-bound not to allow a Ponzi scheme started by an ex-convict that has scammed people across the world operate freely within their countries?
This one is self-explanatory, Sergey Mavrodi the main brain behind MMM is an ex-convict. He got convicted for scamming Russians with a precursor scheme to MMM.
5. Explain how MMM is a revolutionary idea that commercial banking should be afraid of?
MMM subcribers are quick to tag banks as stealing from their customers while MMM is the solution for the masses. Curiously enough, they pay into each other’s bank accounts; curious to say the least.
6. Do you understand that wealth is created based on the value you create not through this system operated by a few people to rob people of their money while leaving them in the lurch?
Let us say all of us joined MMM, where would productive output come from?
7. Did you anticipate that your ‘investment’ (sorry, your ‘Mavros’) could be frozen without you having any say on what happens next?
I am sure many ‘Mavrodians’ did not expect this December debacle, but we are here.
8. Do you agree that as a promoter of the scheme, you are quite dubious because you are seeking to reap bountifully at the expense of others when the scheme crashes?
Note I wrote ‘when’ not ‘if’
9. Do you not worry that you could have a hand in the death or grievous harm happening to people who could lose money from MMM and become suicidal?
We already have reports of some people taking poison because their money got frozen this December.
10. Do you understand that you are effectively using time that you could use for productive activity to promote a questionable scheme at best?
If you understand that time lost is irrecoverable, why waste it?
Your answers and feedback are quite welcome.

If you are a tourist stepping on the shores of Nigeria for the first time, then there is the likelihood that one or two of the girls that would draw your attraction would be Igbo. This is because ladies from this major tribe in Nigeria are beautiful and attractive with their fair and silky skin. They are rare gems and real beauty to behold.
Igbo girls are found in almost every part of the world; they are unique and have diverse characteristics and traits. If you are considering marrying one, then you are lucky.
You can be sure you are marrying a girl that has added value when it comes to cooking. They most times make good mothers and wives; there is hardly a dull moment with them because they are chatty and humorous.
All these being said, there are certain things you need to know before you decide to go marry an Igbo girl; this would help you get the best of the relationship. Getting to know what you stand to gain and lose before venturing into a business will no doubt allow you to know how viable the business is. Same goes with marrying an Igbo girl.
This has little to do with the huge bride price you will have to pay before you claim your wife.
Paying a fortune to marry an Igbo girl will no doubt teach you how to love and respect her when you remember how much you invested before you were able to marry her.
Now find on the next page some of the other things you need to know before marrying an Igbo girl

1. Her family members will always visit

fgds

If you value your space a lot, then it would be better for you to reconsider before marrying an Igbo girl, there is absolutely nothing like ‘me and my wife’ once you marry her. Her family members would always visit and the house will always be full.
This has both the good and bad sides, you may spend more seeing to their affair while playing the perfect in-law but you can be sure it would be fun all the way. This would make your wife happy and more contented.

2. You will have to give up on eating outside

cuis

If you are the type that enjoys having an away game (eating outside and patronizing food vendors), you can be sure this would change. Marrying an Igbo girl means you will always have food on the table provided you drop money for her to make it.
They are excellent cooks who would help you lose your much cherished six packs with delicious meals and veggies. They love experimenting with food and would make you taste all the leaves that could be made into soups with time. What else are you looking for?

3. She will raise your children with love and teach them their language

If you marry an Igbo girl, you can be sure that your children would pick her language whether you like it or not. They would raise them with love and instill the right values and morals into them.
They value their culture a lot and would make sure they pass something from it onto their children, your children. But this should not bother you anyway, that means your children would be able to speak more than one language.

4. She will take care of you with love

TRAD-Pictures-by-Kelly-Green-15-700x467
Igbo girls are hardworking and industrious, they would help you manage your resources and give you their all while at it. Most of them understand that it is the role of the man to fend for the family; they will support you while you do this and manage your empire for you.
In cases where they pick up jobs, you can be sure they will support you with it. They are well cultured and display good characters.

5. If you cheat on them you are dead

Okay, calm down. They may not kill you physically but you can be sure that they will make your life and that of your missus hell. If you want to marry an Igbo girl then you should know that as subtle and sweet as they are, they could be highly venomous when pushed and taken for granted.
They are not ladies who would watch and fold their hands while you cheat on them. They would confront you and your lover with their findings and would deal with you both. Therefore, learn to love them in totality and avoid cheating on them.

According to the National Cancer Institute in the US, a diet full of vegetables and fruits can help women avoid the risk of breast cancer.

A diet rich is vegetables and fruits , consumed over a considerable length of time, will not only help in avoiding a number of fatal diseases but will also aid in the healing process of various types of ailments like breast cancer.
Researchers from the National Cancer Institute in the US now have reason to believe that carotenoids – organic pigments found in fruits and vegetables known for their anti-oxidant properties – can also prevent the formation of cancer cells in the breasts.
Because carotenoids can alter the working of the immune system, they can help in altering the formation of any kind of cancerous cells. The best sources of carotenoids are melons, oranges, peppers, carrots, broccoli, spinach and sweet potatoes.

10 Strange Things All Women Have Done At Least Once

Ten Strange Things All Women Have Done At Least Once

1. Laughed or coughed so hard when you’re on your period and more blood comes out.

2. When you think nobody is looking, you readjust your bra, stick your hand in, pull ‘em up one at a time, straighten the band and straps, and add an extra squeeze to make sure everything is in its place.

3. Sit in a strange position when farting, so the fart bubble does not go up the …..you know. lipsrsealed

4. Open your mouth really wide while putting mascara on.

5. When you don’t have a pad around when you start your period…you fold up toilet paper, place in the middle of the underwear, struggle to pull up pants without dislodging the tissue, walk unnaturally so as not to mess up the paper….. Bloody shredded paper in your underwear when you get home.

6. Spending 30 minutes in front of the mirror trying to get the perfect “cat eye.”

7. That amazing back/stomach scratch when you take your bra off after a long day. Best feeling ever.

8. Indiscriminately checking any fellow female for a “period stain” who asks, regardless of who they are-even your worst enemy or someone you’ve never met before.

9. The period check. When you’re sitting down, you “accidentally” drop something and while you’re bending over to pick it up, you sneak a peek between your legs to make sure you’re not leaking.

10. pooing in a toilet, squeezing their ass so the poop wont sound loud.

If you have more, feel free to add yours..

Have you read that right, you wonder? Isn’t it always the other way around? Men are traditionally always called the unfaithful ones and the ones most likely to cheat. But there isn’t any rule in the book that says women won’t do it too. They are probably just more subtle or selective about it. Unlike men, with women it isn’t so much an ego boost or a way of reassuring themselves of their sexual prowess. With women the motivations are often far more complex, but of course, no less inexcusable.

Why Do Women Cheat? And Are There Some Women More Prone To Cheating Than Others?

1. The Thrill-Seeker

There are some women who cheat just for the adventure and the sheer high they get from it. This kind of woman usually craves the variety and excitement of one-night stands or short-term affairs. She gets easily bored with the routine and the predictable and loves to live life a little dangerously. That includes seeking a little loving on the side.

2. The Beauty Queen

This kind of woman may not actively seek to stray. The opportunities just keep presenting themselves. She is extremely attractive and sensuous, and somehow men get drawn to her despite themselves and against their better judgment. And of course, it doesn’t seem to matter to either party that one or the other is in a committed relationship.

3. The Insatiable

There are some women who just aren’t content with the physical side of their relationships. They are never satisfied with their sex lives, or in some cases their partners fail to show enough interest in them. Either way they are left wanting. And this drives them to other men’s arms, in an effort to seek pleasure and satisfy their innermost desires.

4. The Cheating Addict

And then there’s the woman for whom cheating is an addiction as sure as others are addicted to alcohol. By cheating, she reassures herself that she is still attractive and men find her desirable. Or she has had an insecure or unpleasant childhood; or an early adulthood which has left its mark on her. As a result of which she finds it hard to commit to a relationship and trust her instincts. By cheating, she knows where she's at and is in control of the situation, while keeping her emotions intact.

5. The Unfulfilled Woman

This woman is deeply dissatisfied with her current relationship. She is either deprived of attention from her current partner, or is being neglected and needs to be reassured of her feminine attributes. Or she's just plain lonely and needs to be held, which often leading to intimacy and an affair .

6. The Tit-For-Tat Woman

And then there’s the woman who knows she’s being cheated upon and in her hurt and anger she feels it's payback time. And so decides to hit back in the same measure. Having done that, she realizes it’s not so bad after all and figures two can play the same game. If you are in a relationship with this kind of a woman, and have just discovered she’s cheating on you, you have to figure out your stake in the relationship. And what, if any, is your contribution to her straying.

If you realize that you have let her down with your neglect, or possibly lack of attention, sexually or otherwise, you are right in feeling that cheating does not justify it. You will have to decide, whether or not there are reasons behind her cheating on you, if you would like to work through it. Or if it is a chronic problem and you can never trust her again, whether you want out.

1. The cowgirl: Let her take charge in this girl-on-top position. It lets her be on top of things while you enjoy the ride, making it a win-win position. Another advantage is that when the woman is in control, she can decide how she wants to reach orgasm.
Tip: For a sureshot clitoral orgasm, ask your woman to lean forward while arching her back and leaning on her hands. Instead of going up and down, she can move laterally so that you hit the right spots and stimulate her in the sensitive areas. Show her some love by sitting up straight and hugging her.

2. Countertop sitting: You’ve had a brilliant Valentine’s Day cookout and can’t wait to go to the bedroom get at each other. Make good use of the kitchen counter by lifting her up onto it. Ask her to take on the spread eagle position with you facing her. This position provides maximum G-Spot stimulation and arouses both partners. Since you are taking the lovemaking out of the bedroom, it’s also quite spontaneous. However, it’s a tricky one since guys tend to ejaculate prematurely.

3. Missionary position: Predictable though it is, the missionary (man on top) position is a classic hit with women since it’s pleasurable and also harbours closeness. It allows you to kiss, touch and gaze into each other’s eyes while your body gets the loving treatment.

Tip: The slant of your entry makes all the difference. Swivel your hips for a happy twist.

4. Sideways: Sideways positions — spooning and side by side —are good news for men who suffer from premature ejaculation since there are fewer chances of losing an erection. Although it limits the movement of both partners, it gives leeway for more snogging. You can caress your woman and the constant contact with your body will soothe her while you whisper sweet nothings into her ear.

Our female celebrities should admit that they are horrible at choosing their men. And as a celebrity, destroying your man publicly makes you look stupid because you are the one who chose to be with him in the first place. Most of you ladies want a perfect man because you have a natural need to want to fix something about him.

And when it fails, of course, it becomes his fault for being who he always was. Even if the guy you married was the most disgusting pig in the whole universe, you should admit that lowering your standards so severely was your choice.
Every divorce is built on those things that were created during courtship.

It is during this time that the future of a marriage is decided. If you don’t have the ability to analyse what was injected into your brain during those few critical years or months of courtship, then whatever happens in your marriage is your funeral, not ours.

Must all celebrities publicly play the blame game at the end of their marriages, assigning blames like football fans after a bad match day? Must they turn their divorces into a bride versus groom contest with their fans taking sides? Trust the Nigerian press and bloggers who are ever too quick to join the accusation bandwagon to exonerate their preferred spouse without proper investigation.

I wonder why Naija Bet hasn’t thought of adding a slot on their platform for forecasting the longevity of celebrity marriages in Nigeria. It is much easier to predict how long a Nigerian celebrity marriage will last these days than the scoreline of a Chelsea FC versus Arsenal FC match.

When you get right down to the root of most celebrity divorces, you will discover it all boils down to one simple conclusion to which most females adhere: their men are always at fault. The guilt and punishment are simply assigned to whoever happens to have the penis. Haven’t you all redefined coincidence, with all your husbands accused of domestic violence?

Where are the pictorial evidences to back up your accusations? Have all Nigerian men all of a sudden become monsters? Most female celebs now seem to be focused on exposing their husbands or catching them red-handed? Not knowing that the more they take that route, the more convinced they become that their husbands are really cheating.

The language of most journalists and bloggers (infidelity experts) out there centres on one theme: “catch, prove and divorce”. Yes your husband erred, but why let the world know? Does his trial at the public court make you feel good? Do you feel any more righteous by making him the villain and you the good guy?

Stop acting like your secrets are finally out; everyone knows that your partner didn’t just start having an affair. It is the obvious truth that most celebrity marriages are built on adultery, and whatever adultery joins together, adultery shall put asunder. Your emotions wouldn’t be in turmoil today if you had listened to your gut feelings yesterday. But my dear, before you decide to take the road of divorce to wherever it may lead, you must first consider the real cost of going that route.

This is because If you choose to get a divorce without knowing the real reason your husband cheated on you in the first place, you’d just be circling around the same problem instead of fixing it and preventing it from happening in the future. Put your emotions aside for a moment and ask yourself, why on earth would your husband fall into the arms of another woman when he has a caring, compassionate and loving woman at home?

Ask yourself where you went wrong. Maybe the reason you had a cheating husband was because he had a set of needs that you were unable to fulfill because of your gallivanting lifestyle as a celebrity. The blame often starts within the walls of your mind and results in you holding him responsible for the collapse of the marriage. At this point, nothing he says could ever provide an adequate answer, but you just keep asking the same questions over and over again. People should also know that in most celebrity divorces, not all blames come from within.

Some of the most painful and damaging blames come from people outside the marriage, who feel they need to pass judgments. To the press and bloggers having a swell time with every celebrity divorce, I hope you know that it’s very easy to lay blames when you’re on the sidelines. You are acting like a spectator at a football match with a bird’s-eye view of all the action, while those playing on the field get consumed by the waves of emotions that accompany their divorce.

To our female celebrities, whenever you find yourself wanting to lay those blames, please relax for a moment and think about the appropriateness of the blames. Think about the consequences of your accusations. Try to examine the situation from multiple viewpoints.

And to you husbands who are being blamed, especially after you have cheated or been mistaken to have cheated, please understand that your women are lashing out because of their fears and insecurities. And as a man, there is a great level of maturity in accepting responsibility for your behaviour and taking the blame for your actions. Divorce is a winless game that is best not played. In Onyeka Onwenu’s voice, may there be peace in our homes. Amen.

1. The Late Night Texter
You know, the guy who only texts you after midnight. He’s the guy who only contacts you when he wants something, or someone to talk to. You can go weeks without hearing from this person, only to rarely get a text full of smiley faces and a message that reads, “Hey! How are you?” They aren’t consistent. Don’t fall into the trap.

2. The Slacker
He’s the guy who has no dreams, vision, or passion to get up and do anything. Don’t let his smooth words trick you into a relationship that will be full of dull moments and half-hearted plans.

3. The Liar
Don’t trust a man who is constantly lying to you. If you continue to ignore his inconsistencies, he could eventually do something detrimental to your relationship.

4. The Flake
This is the guy who calls of dates, constantly changes plans, and never shows up when he promises. If you think this will change once you’re married, you’re wrong. A flakey man will never put his woman first.

5. The Cheater
I’m all for grace and second chances, but the last thing you want is to find yourself in a marriage with someone you can’t even trust. I’m a huge believe that everyone can change, but please don’t get caught up in the lie that cheating is just normal part of life. You deserve better.

6. The Partier
Stay away from him. Although he may seem as a fun and outgoing, I guarantee you will be better off with someone who stays away from gatherings full of bad mistakes and regretful decisions. The lifestyle of a partier never fits well with the maturity needed in marriage.

7. The Fake
He’s the guy who claims to be one thing, but in person never steps up to the plate. Not only is this unfair to your relationship, but you need to understand this isn’t going to stop anytime soon. Look for a man who is who he claims to be. Fakes can only pretend for so long.

8. The Hypocrite
He goes back and forth between his beliefs, standards, and regulations of life. Most of the time this man will change things to better suit his personal life. Don’t expect yourself to have a thriving relationship with someone who is constantly hypocritical in their words and actions.

9. The Flirt
This man loves to flirtatiously chat with strangers, waiters, and even your friends. The man you should seek is one who flirts with you and only you, no matter the circumstance. That last thing you want is to be married to someone who will deliberately flirt with people in front or you, let alone behind your back.

10. The Jerk
Simple. Don’t marry a jerk. You deserve more than thatthis guy can offer you. Look for someone who is kind, generous, selfless, and chivalrous. That last thing you want is to be embarrassed about bringing your man in public, all due to his attitude. Not to mention, verbal abuse is a widely spread problem that I don’t believe any woman should have to encounter.

Any excuse that was floated to justify the provision of ZMapp Ebola cure to Americans only and not any single Africans, went out the window when a Spaniard priest who came down with the virus received his own doses as is in headlines today.

There is nothing left for Africans to figure out. We are monkeys. Late Dr. Sheikh Umar Khan, a most respected, altruistic specialist who was globally cherished for his forefront battle against Ebola was not given the drug. African nations keep pleading for the drug to be given to their
victims, but not a single African has yet merited it; but the American Caucasians did and so do the Spanish Caucasians.

It therefore comes as no surprise that it took five days of Ebola affecting Americans for this cure to emerge, but no cure was ever ‘found’ or revealed for the four decades that Ebola killed only Africans.

But we as Africans cannot blame the west. We cannot be mad. This only tells us that we are at war, or well, the West is at war with us; that the West does not value or respect us. This only reminds us that we as a continent are no better viewed by the West than we were 100 years ago when one of our sons, Ota Benga was locked up for viewing in the Bronx, New York zoo – till he took his own life.

This only tells us that the rumors of depopulation intentions and programs; that the rumors of Caucasian billionaires and world richest men sponsoring programs to depopulate Africa through medical interventions have high level of truth in them.

But more importantly, this reminds us that it is time; time to kick out our hopeless administrations. There is no reason why we should beg for simple remedies that we can produce ourselves and that were made from antibodies harvested from our own sons, from the West. Absolutely no reason. As a molecular scientist and physician, I am confident that with very little funds I can purify ‘ZMapp’ serum monoclonal antibodies for public use within 3 months.

Therefore this crises tells us that with leaders who are intoxicated with buying the most private jets from Europe and who believe in subservience to Europe and Europe-tailored development, we have lost our dignity, hope and life. We are nothing more than rats being led for the slaughter and a shameful death at that, by our leaders and the West. The West does not even hear whispers from our leaders’ pleas for the drug. They scoff at our #GiveAfricaZMapp and #GiveThemExperimentalDrugs campaigns.

Ebola is a pestilence here to disgrace us Africans and stimulate us. This is our curse of hopeless leadership. This is our reward for shameless followership. Ebola is to our shame. Ebola is our name.

They say the colonialist conquered Africa by the means of gunpowder from Arabia/Asia and germs. Hygiene was not a virtue in Europe. The Queen of England is famed to have said she only had a bathe once a month, “whether she needed it or not.” King James’ custom was to have his bathe only once a year. [Ref] So it was in Europe.

A bathroom was not a natural property of a home and till date, we find in England that bathrooms are recent extensions of many homes, being added later. The relevance of this is the relationship between moral hygiene and disease. Europe had the worst plagues in recent human history. The Bubonic plagues… the plagues in the dark eras. These plagues wiped out much of the population of Europe, most especially its men; indeed it was plagues and wars that led to the feminist culture and women in the work environment, because with the death of so many workers, women were forced to work to assist the European economy. The plagues were directly related to filth in Europe. The colonialist picked up soap and bathing habits from his exploits to Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Fast-forward to 2014. Africa is plagued by HIV and plagued today by Ebola…
Africa has become the bastion of sorry health problems in addition to other inabilities. What is the commonly attributed source of Ebola (if we deny any biological warfare intentional dissemination), it is from bush meat. In Africa many of us love to eat these wild animals. Baboons, Gorilla’s, snakes and what have you. Nothing will stop us from biting in to the juicy strands of these animals, spicily roasted. And these animals remain the reservoir of Ebola.

When we study HIV, we see similar simple cultural behaviors that can diminish HIV rates in Africa.

Circumcision which is not only a monotheistic habit in Judea-Christianity and Islam but dates back to Kemetic practices of ancient Nubian Egypt; this simple practice of cutting off the foreskin of the male penis reduces the risk of HIV infection by as much as 60% from scientific studies. The cheapest methods of eliminating health problems is prevention. And much invaluable prevention is in religious and cultural doctrine.

In the western world today, they have invested in perfecting expensive methods of curtailing outbreaks and treating diseases. To Africa’s shame, our leaders have been hopeless; hopelessly embezzling all the capital that African states should have used to advance its health-care system; and while they have spent time dancing and swallowing billions of dollars for the state, diseases, crime, terror and other crises have not waited but have advanced as much as modern innovation has permitted. While African leaders today do elaborate opening ceremonies when they build ordinary roads and establish train networks, the world has advanced in leaps and bounds in disease management and also in type of deadly germs.

Ebola has plagued Africa for 4 decades. Africa has no hope of dealing with it and waits for the west to look into our problem for us. Our leaders invest nothing into directing the proper healthcare preventive measures which are cheap to establish or in investing in and sponsoring appropriate research into more complex levels of disease management. We embrace the cultural dangers and advanced risk habits from Europe, but are denied the associated health and social wealth checks they have. African leaders and government cabal ‘business’ tycoons have the most private jets in the world, but the people have the least health-care expenditure per capita, per person – less than $100/year/person in Africa compared to more than $8000 in the US.

We call to Europe to help. We run to France, to America to set up regional collaborations among us to tackle terror; we run to them to decide how we must manage Ebola.

It is to our shame in Africa; and it’s not just our leaders whose heads should be in the ground, but us all.

Media personality, Fummi Iyanda clocked 43 on Sunday, July 27, 2014 and she took her time to advice young people.

The pretty lady urged many to to always read and put on what makes them feel important. She went on to say that it is often better to be happy than to be right. “Anyone who gives you money can’t afford to tell you the truth. Read for goodness sake, read on your device of course,” she advised.

She advocated for exercise and eating well as well. Funmi also advised young people to learn how to forgive their parents.

Also speaking on marriage, she warned young people to marry someone who makes them laugh and also has a job. Funmi further advised that heartbreak should not be ignored because it a default of human condition.

“Learn how to make your own money, freedom is not gender specific; don’t have kids immediately after marriage”. She concluded.

Men are simple creatures and when it comes to getting sexy for them, putting in too much effort can only intimidate them, and make them feel they have to rise to some challenge. The sexiest things you do, you do naturally. Like this.

1. Pick an outfit out in front of him:While men may not have the fashion vocabulary to talk to you about your new outfits, they love when you simply get dressed in front of them—putting on different tops, cocking your head to the side, turning around to get a rear view. Watching you analyze your own beauty is a turn on for men.

2. Boast about yourself: Being cocky is never attractive, but having confidence always is. If you really worked hard to earn something or achieve something, men love it when you allow yourself to enjoy that and take pride in it.

3. Wear your hair up: Men love your neckline. The tight, formal up-dos intimidate them. But they love that moment when you’re quickly tossing your hair into a bun before bed, or while washing your face.

4. Support his passions: Men are always revved up after seeing their favorite football team play, or going for a ride on their bike, or fishing, or whatever it is they’re into. And they’re even more revved up if you somehow contributed to that happening – maybe by buying them a great new fishing rod, or telling them about a biker convention happening in town. They’re twice as excited if they feel you are too.

5. Tease his quirks: Nothing makes a person feel seen and understood like having their quirks teased. When your boyfriend is doing something that is just so him, point it out, and kiss him right after. Making him feel loved for being uniquely him is a huge turn on.

6. Cook for him: Call them old fashioned, but even modern men love a woman who cooks. Even if you’re not the greatest chef in the world, men love the idea of you taking the time to feed them. And they love to watch your hands work with food, and your hips sway in an apron.

7. Do something understated and thoughtful: If your guy simply mentioned his pillow is too fluffy and he comes home to find you bought him a new one, or he was out of deodorant so you picked some up, he’ll adore you. Realizing you’re paying attention to the details makes a man feel extra safe, and that’s a turn on.

8. Go braless: Women forget the power of the Areola. Going braless in public might embarrass you and your man, but taking the liberty to let the girls hang loose in the privacy of your home, in a tank top or t-shirt, is something any man would like to see.

9. Do your passion in front of him: Sculpt in front of him, teach your yoga class in your home, play the piano. Your talent and your passion excite your man. Plus men love to see the other sides of you, besides just ‘girlfriend.’

10. Make him laugh: If you can make him laugh, that’s a major plus. If you can make his friends laugh, he can’t wait to take you to bed. Men agree everywhere that a humorous woman is a sexy woman.

11. Hit on him at an unexpected time: Next time he’s simply perusing cereal while you’re out shopping, come up close behind him and whisper in his ear how fine he is. Half the enjoyment of sex is the anticipation, and you can get that started much earlier than you think.

12. Hug him tight: We underestimate the power of a quality hug. Your stomachs touching, your face in his chest, the scent of your hair under his nose. It’s an all-enveloping type of intimacy, and it’s so easy. 13. Smile more: Even if you’re just cleaning the kitchen, or working on your laptop – take a moment to look up and smile at your man as often as you can. Knowing his presence makes you happy gives him confidence....

According to the World Health Organisation (WHO),asides using condoms, gay men are advised to take antiretroviral AIDS drugs as an extra way of protecting themselves against infection.

This is known as pre-exposure prophylaxis ,a way for at-risk people to protect themselves by taking a single pill.If this is done, HIV among gay people could be cut by 25%..
According to Rachel Baggaley, coordinator of the WHO's department for HIV/AIDS.
‘The reason we are adding this to our prevention choices for men who have sex with men is that we have these very worrying increases in HIV incidence,’
Gottfried Hirnschall, director of the WHO's department said
‘Globally we are failing certain populations that have the greatest risk yet we know have universally poorer access to health services‘These are men who have sex with men, sex workers, transgender persons, specifically transgender women, persons who inject drugs and persons who are in prisons or other closed settings.’
The WHO said studies estimate female sex workers are 14 times more likely to have HIV than other women, gay men are 19 times more likely to have HIV than the general population, and transgender women are almost 50 times more likely than other adults to have HIV.

Are you irritable? Tired all the time? Or just plainly unhappy? Before you see a doctor it could be time to self-diagnose a toxic friendship. Here are tips to help you cut that relationship off

1. You’re Dimming Your Light: She says she’s happy for you, but you can tell she’s not. So instead of shouting your good news, you play it off as no big deal so she won’t get upset. Instead of putting up with rain on your parade, it might be time to shine in a sky with less cloud.

2. You’re bottling It up: You would open up, but she’s got a track record of spilling the beans, betraying your trust and throwing you under the bus. Keeping it in isn’t healthy. It might be time to find a friend you can share with without fear.

3. You’re Shutting Up: You’ve logged hundreds of hours listening to her guy gripes. But when it’s your turn to gripe, suddenly she’s got a call on the other line. If you’ve got 99 problems but can’t talk through one, it could be time to find a better listener before your load gets to be too much.

4. You feel alone: Because she never takes your side. Your supervisor is being difficult again but all she can see is her side of the argument. Chances are she can’t see your side because she’s not on it.

5. You’re flat broke: You can’t remember the last time she remembered her wallet or could make rent. Now you’re struggling and she’s still got her hand out. Better set some boundaries or you’ll both be in the poor house.

6. You spend energy being suspicious: There’s just something about the way she laughs at his jokes. And it wouldn’t be the first house she’s wrecked. If you think she’s capable of something as shady as pushing up on your man it might be time to let her go.

7. Your lie detector is in overdrive: Every time her mouth is open now that you think about it. Pathological liars can’t be trusted. It’s only a matter of time before her untruths hurt you.

8. Your last nerve is wearing out: Life is long and sometimes people grow apart. If the relationship no longer works, sometimes it’s better to let go before things get to bad to repair.

9. You feel sometimed: When you’re the only one there, you have her full attention. But when she has a man, new friend or fresh co-worker, you’re on the back burner. You deserve a friend all the time: not just when it’s convenient.

10. You suddenly feel substandard: She corrects your grammar, your choice in clothes and even the men you date. If she thinks she’s so much better than you maybe you should set her free to find someone that’s ‘more on her level’ whatever that means.

11. You’re Overexerted: You always call her to hang out. And even then her cancel rate is more than half. If she can’t make time for you, maybe you should stop making time for her.

12. You’ve been hanging alone: Because you two are never down for the same thing. There’s a reason why birds of a feather flock together. Party animals and homebodies just don’t mix. Instead of choosing which of you has a bad time, maybe you should choose to spend less time together.

13. You’re Tired of Playing Detective: You: What’s Wrong Her: Nothing, *eye roll*

All relationships are about communication. Making you play the guessing game while she shuts you out is exhausting, unfair and just plain uncool. If you can’t work on your issues, you can’t work on your friendship.

14. You’re having trouble being happy: Debbie Downer was a funny Saturday Night Live sketch, but who can afford to be her best friend? If her permanent bad mood is stealing your sunshine it may be time to move on if you can’t help her cheer up.

There are many reasons why people have a lot of intimate partners and with the hook up culture that seems to be a popular trend these days, it is really not surprising that people are having multiple sex partners at the same time. As fun and as thrilling as it can be to have multiple sex partners, it is also dangerous.

If you are having sex with a few different partners, here are some things you need to know:

1. Practice safe sex. Always use a condom.

2. If you are having sex with a few different partners, only one of them needs to be infected with an STD for it to be passed between everyone. People tend to have sex with each other without asking about each other’s backgrounds, especially flings, but remember you cannot tell if someone has an infection just by looking at them or at their behaviour so practice safe sex.

3. You could get pregnant and not know who the father is. Also, even if you do know, it does not mean that he will want to have anything to do with it.

4. If you see signs of genital warts, including blisters, sores, or itching, avoid intimate activity and get checked.

5. Avoid or reduce your alcohol intake. Drinking alcohol reduces your self consciousness and when you are incapacitated anyone can then take advantage of you and you will have no way of knowing their intimate history or health status. You may not even know that you were Molested if you black out completely. If you are going to drink, make sure you are out with friends who you trust so they can take care and protect you if you do get drunk.

6. Limit the amount of intimate partners you have.

7. Know what STDs are — what they are, how they spread and how to get rid of an STD, just in case you catch one.

8. Get yourself tested frequently if you are at high risk. Even if you only have one intimate partner, get tested. Anyone who is sexually active is at risk, so in order to protect yourself, get tested.

Now, remember that abstinence is a valid choice. You should not let anyone make you feel pressured into having sex if you are not comfortable with it. But if you do decide to have sex, use condoms and limit the number of intimate partners you have.
